Cancel a withdrawal request

Open History (Financial Transactions)

Log in to your account and go to History → Financial Transactions.

Find the withdrawal request

Locate the withdrawal you want to cancel and check its current status.

Select the cancel action

In the transaction row, click the cancel icon.

Confirm the cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The transaction will stop and the funds will be credited back to your internal wallet.

You can only cancel a withdrawal before it is completed. Once funds are sent to the specified address, the request cannot be canceled.

Always double-check the wallet address and amount before confirming a withdrawal.
