Why enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account by requiring a time-based code in addition to your password.

You’ll need an authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator) before you start.

Enable 2FA

Open Account settings

From your dashboard, open the Account section.

Turn on 2FA

Enable the 2FA option. A confirmation message will appear.

Scan the QR code and confirm

1. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app.

2. Enter the 6‑digit code generated by the app to confirm.

Confirm it’s active

Once completed, 2FA will show as enabled.

You can also enable email verification as an additional security option in your account settings.
