How to get insured?
First, you must have your trading account created and funded.
Go to the Trading Platform menu and access the Insurance Plans section.

Select the account you wish to insure.

Choose the insurance plan based on the period you prefer.

The longer the period, the more cost-effective and beneficial the plan becomes.
Depending on your account’s current balance, the eligible plans will appear for selection.

Important: You must not have any open trades during the insurance purchase process.
Make sure to review the Terms & Conditions before completing the payment.

Once purchased, the insurance will appear in your trading account with a shield icon.

Here you can include the image showing the insurance payment confirmation.

You can view the insurance details in the side menu under Account Insurance.

Once your account registers any loss, the Current Loss value will update automatically.
If no loss is registered, the “Claim” button will not appear.
When you request to activate the insurance, your submission will go through a trading activity validation process.
If no Terms & Conditions were violated, the insurance will be approved automatically.
Once approved, the insured amount will be credited as balance directly into your trading account.
The insurance status will change to “Claimed”, meaning it is now inactive.
