Information to provide
Transaction hash (TxID): the unique identifier for your transaction on the blockchain (available in your wallet or exchange transaction details).
Currency and amount: the cryptocurrency used and the amount sent.
Destination wallet address: the address you sent funds to.
Confirmation screenshot: a screenshot showing the successful send/transfer from your wallet or exchange.
Before contacting Support, verify that your deposit meets the minimum deposit requirement shown on the deposit screen. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited.
