How to withdraw funds?

Withdraw funds

Withdrawing from FXLiveCapital typically has two parts:

  1. Transfer funds from your trading account to your internal wallet (E‑Wallet).

  2. Request a withdrawal from the internal wallet to your external wallet.

Before you can withdraw, make sure 2FA is enabled on your account.

Part 1 — Transfer funds to the internal wallet (E‑Wallet)

Open Internal Transfer

Navigate to the Internal Transfer section.

Select the trading account

Select the trading account that contains the funds you want to withdraw.

Transfer to E‑Wallet

Confirm the transfer. The balance will move to your internal wallet (E‑Wallet).

Part 2 — Request a withdrawal to your external wallet

Open E‑Wallet → Withdrawal

From your dashboard, open E‑Wallet and select Withdrawal.

Choose the currency/network

Select the cryptocurrency and network you want to use.

Always double-check the selected network and any requirements shown on-screen before continuing.

Enter withdrawal details

Enter:

  • Amount

  • External wallet address

Review the fees and the final amount you will receive.

When you submit a withdrawal, you may be prompted to save the address to your address book for faster withdrawals next time.

Confirm with 2FA

Enter your 2FA code and select Complete.

What happens next?

After submitting your request:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Requests are typically processed within 24 business hours (server time GMT+0).
