1) Proof of identity

Provide one valid identity document:

• Passport

• National ID card

• Driver’s license

Make sure:

• The document is not expired

• The image is clear and readable

• The details match your profile (for example: full name)

2) Proof of address

Provide one of the following:

• A utility bill (water, electricity, gas, etc.)

• A bank statement (must show the institution’s logo)

Phone and internet bills are not accepted.

Bank statements should be less than 3 months old.

For smooth uploads, ensure files meet the format/size requirements shown on the upload screen.

As a general guideline:

• Image uploads (PNG/JPEG) should be under 2 MB.

• Bank statements may be required in PDF format.
