Before uploading documents, make sure your profile information is complete and accurate (for example: address, postal code, city, etc.). Your documents must match the details in your profile.

Open Verify Account
From your dashboard, select Verify Account to open your profile.

Go to the KYC section
Inside your profile, open the KYC section.

Select Upgrade and upload your documents
Select Upgrade to begin the upload process.
Upload each required document following the on-screen requirements.
Once all documents are uploaded, confirm the submission.
After you submit your documents, select Complete Process. Our team will be notified and will review your documents as soon as possible.
